Throwback Thursday: “Smells Like Teen Spirit”

During this week 23 years ago, Nirvana released their 2nd album-Nevermind. The band consisted of: Kurt Cobain, Dave Grohl, and Krist Novoselic. Cobain came up with the name for the album as “a metaphor for his attitude on life” and for its grammatical inaccuracy. Expectations were relatively low for the band but they surpassed these when the album was certified Gold and Platinum in the USA in 1991, and Diamond in 1999. It became their first number one album, bumping Michael Jackson off the top of the Billboard charts. Nevermind helped in bringing alternative rock to mainstream audiences and is listed numerously on different charts as one of the best albums of all time. Here is their most famous song: Smells Like Teen Spirit

Your firmness move creates a change on the audio. Whether it is all-around actually zero the idea looks muffled over bassy. Whether it is in entire, the idea naturally ups your treble plus the sound also – nevertheless it looks great in truth.

Nice throwback Fatema! I still listen to Nirvana, and “Smells Like…” still makes my heart pump. Cool trivia too — I didn’t knew that they somehow dethroned the King of Pop.
