Led by the former rhythm guitarist of My Chemical Romance, frnkiero andthe cellabration is as angsty, gut-wrenching and anthemic as one would think after listening to Iero’s previous work in other projects including Pencey Prep and LeATHERMØUTH. The signature “New Jersey Self-Loathing,” as it has been described by the NJ native frontman is a favorite that has not only kept die-hard MCR fans coming, but new fans have entered the scene as well.
Frank Iero announced on Twitter that frnkiero andthe cellabration will be going on their very own U.S. headlining tour this November.
Earlier this year, the band visited Houston as they were in the line-up for the Deep in the Heart of Texas Festival at House of Blues but the band is coming back to H-town on November 12 at Walter’s Downtown. Tickets for the show will be up for sale here.
Iero took to Instagram to unveil that cellabration’s album, .STOMACHACHES. , will be released on limited edition vinyl. Their debut, which was originally released last year on August 24, will be repressed on super spooky glow-in-the-dark vinyl, with the option of a matching t-shirt. The re release can be purchased on the band’s official merch site. All 11 tracks of the LP can also be streamed on Spotify.
