Houston, we have…the opposite of a problem! Local, successful music. Waterparks are an up and coming pop punk band from the Space City herself. After joining the scene in early 2012, Waterparks has been gaining traction rather quickly.

The band just announced that they’ll be opening for Never Shout Never on their winter US tour. This will be the first national tour the band has embarked on, which will definitely increase their growing fan base even more so. These quirky guys have been working on new music, as they have their new EP, Cluster, due to be released Jan. 15, 2016. This will include their newest single, “Crave,” which has a new music video you can watch right now.

Cluster is the group’s first release since being signed to Equal Vision Records. There are many more firsts in store for Waterparks, meaning this is a great time to be a fan. You can check them out as they start their national tour in Houston, Jan. 14, at the House of Blues.

Go and show your support for local music!

Also, don’t forget to listen to them on Spotify, grab their music on iTunes, and talk to them on their very active social media, including, Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, and Instagram.
