What an exciting past few days it has been for Deftones fans. First, the alternative metal band revealed the new album drop date. Said album has been in the works and supposedly was to be released last September. Clearly, the album is going to be so good since an extension was called for.

The last two years has certainly been a journey for Anderson .Paak. From being an opener for Watsky’s All You Can Do Tour, releasing his first debut studio album “Venice,” to being a key feature on Dr. Dre’s “Compton,” it’s no surprise to see .Paak has outdone himself once again on his newly released project, “Malibu.”

  Say hello to the fire eating, fire spitting new hip hop artist Siimba Liives Long. Born in New York, raised in Ethiopia and now residing in Brooklyn, this white cloaked, head scarfed Ethiopian-American rapper has a flow so sick he’s sure to blow up soon. 

Taylor Gang rapper Wiz Khalifa and Houston native Travi$ Scott worked together to make a fire track over a sample of G-Eazy’s “Order More,” which dropped late Thursday night.

Bringing the Seattle vibes to Houston, rapper Macklemore showed Houston all the love on Saturday night at Revention Music Center.
