A Little Motivation Never Hurt Nobody!

Written by on March 31, 2016

We’re in the last week of March and this “new year, new me” mantra may not be looking too good right about now. If you have that one class that’s completely stressing you out and nothing’s going the way you planned, thoughts of giving up are bound to occur. Brought to you by my personal playlists, here are a few jams that motivate me to get things done whether I’m preparing for a work out, about to completely annihilate an exam or I’m preventing myself from having a meltdown.

“When They Come For Me” by Linkin’ Park

When someone tells you that you can’t do something or you’re really into leg day…this songs speaks volumes.

“This Ain’t A Scene, It’s An Arms Race” by Fall Out Boy

The intro and instrumental to this song is all anyone needs to get by.

“Ah Leke” by Pitbull and Sean Paul

This is my favorite jam to use whenever I don’t feel like finishing my workout or I need that final push to make it to the end.

“Winner” by Jamie Foxx (ft. Justin Timberlake & T.I.)

Although critics gave “Winner” a hard time, this one is such a bop.

“Bet On It” by Zac Efron (High School Musical)

Let’s be honest. You can do basically anything when you imagine yourself as Troy Bolton.

“Remember The Name” by Fort Minor

This is 10% luck, 20% skill, 15% concentrated power of will, 5% pleasure, 50% pain and 100% reason to remember the name of this song and have it on your playlist.

“Stronger” By Britney Spears

If Britney can make it through 2007, you can make it through absolutely anything.
