Country Singer-Songwriter Niko Moon has released the song of the summer, and just in time for summer to kick into high gear. “THESE ARE THE DAYS” encompasses the chill vibe that comes along with summer and has everyone dreaming of being lakeside or floating a river somewhere.

Moon has carved a spot out for himself in country music and all his music features upbeat music with laid back lyrics, and this song is no different. “THESE ARE THE DAYS” reminds all of us to slow down and enjoy the good moments as they happen. “Living for a slow ride, drifting like a bait line, out on this lake” is just one of the ways Moon talks about slowing down throughout the song. We are guilty of moving too fast and going through the motions of life without realizing it sometimes, and Moon demonstrates that beautifully in two minutes and thirty-seven seconds of this song. Niko Moon was originally a songwriter for many different country artists and is known for his work on “Homegrown” by Zac Brown Band and “Gone” by Dierks Bentley.
