Save the date because J. Cole will be releasing an album entitled “2014 Forest Hills Drive”. This album will be different from any other album he’s released, and many albums in general, because it will have no singles out in advance just the album. This is similar to what happened in 2013 when Beyoncé released her self-titled album on iTunes with no singles (or promotion) beforehand.
Regarding the new album, the only thing J. Cole has released is a video.
This video touches on J. Cole’s roots and the importance of staying humble regardless of his career. There is also footage of a young J. Cole (very adorable, yes).
