Houston Press Announces 7th Annual Artopia

Our friends over at the Houston Press have announced their 7th Annual Artopia!
Artopia is a celebration of Houston Culture & Art that incorporates food, drink, art, music and fashion into one evening. This one-night fete celebrates the exciting, vibrant Cultural scene in Houston. It’s a sensory overload full of culture, fashion, visual arts, performing arts and so much more.
It’s an event with a cause as the Houston Press is awarding local artists with monetary grants for service to the Arts and the Community. These individuals were chosen from a panel of local cultural denizens, philanthropists and community-organizers. Houston Press will donate over $6,000 in grants to our Mastermind Awards winners. The winners will be featured in a special section of Houston Press, and will be honored at the event on January 24th.
The 7th Annual Artopia is on Saturday, January 24, 2015 from 8PM-11PM at Winter Street Studios (2101 Winter Street).
