Another band to get stuck in your head, coming up! This week: Gemini Club.
This four piece from Chicago might be a little different from what you’re used to as their electronic rock style is hard to duplicate and therefore pretty contagious.

They’ve got a vocalist, Tom Gavin, some drums, Ryan Luciani, a DJ, Gordon Bramli, and then a guy on production, Daniel Brunelle. Their style is complimented by hip shaking, foot tapping, head nodding, and just plain eyes closed enjoyment.

They’ve shared stages with a wide range of artists and aren’t limited to the genres they can support or be supported by. They are a great festival band but can also fill a club show. The group so far has released a short full album, but has been in the works on a new one, so be on the lookout for another in the near future. Meanwhile, you can check out their new single, “Fret & Regret” and their LP “Here We Sit,” both on Spotify and iTunes.

Their single “Sparklers” has a pretty cool music video as well, so give that a try too. Since the group has been recording, they don’t have any set tour dates right now but you can like their Facebook, follow their Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr, and YouTube for more information on when they’ll be in the Houston area. Give them a listen and if you like them, tell them Coog Radio sent you!
