All Time Low performed in Houston this weekend for what feels like the millionth time in their career. The Baltimore natives, who formed about 12 years ago, have been performing in Houston since 2006.

Twenty One Pilots wowed a sold-out crowd at the newly named Revention Music Center on Friday night. As for those few who weren’t in attendance, well, they missed one heck of a performance.

On Tuesday, Nick Jonas rolled into Houston, Texas. This tour featured an opener, Bebe Rexha, a sololist who specializes in pop and EDM styles of music. The large crowd responded greatly to her sound and she was an excellent start to the night. The fans were ecstatic as Nick Jonas himself took the stage right on […]

After their hit “Shut Up and Dance” swept the nation, Walk The Moon has been playing in front of sold out crowds on the Talking is Hard Tour in support of their newest album that was released in December, and their stop at the House of Blues in Houston was no different. The Ohio foursome […]

After his EP “Take Me To Church” conquered the airwaves, Hozier became a household name. The musician from Wicklow County in Ireland has been in demand everywhere. He has since performed on Saturday Night Live, at the Victoria’s Secret fashion Show 2014, Coachella and even sang a brilliant duet with Annie Lennox at the 57th Grammys. Last […]

On the second day of Frontier Fiesta, the Student Program Board brought pop-senesation, Cher Lloyd to perform for FREE!   The fact that there were absolutely no instruments on the stage of the Bayou Music Center on Wednesday night hinted towards the fact that it was going to be a different kind of show. No other band was needed to get the audience hyped up as Pentatonix hit the stage without an opening act. The sold out show […]

After a long night of performances by Modern Chemistry, Driver Friendly, frnkiero and the cellebration and Cartel, pop-rockers The Maine took the stage and reenergized the crowd with their new song “Miles Away” from their upcoming album “American Candy.” Lead singer John O’Callaghan joked in between songs that the new album would “win all the awards– all […]

If there is a band that everyone ever needs to know about currently, it would have to be PVRIS. This alternative rock group, that borders pop punk, has been around since 2012. Their sound has evolved from when they were first together under the name Paris. Despite the name, they’re an American bunch from Lowell, […]

Formed in 2007, San Diego natives Pierce the Veil are seasoned veterans in the music industry, and their experience was prevalent in the detail that clearly went into the design of the show. The band is currently co-headlining a world tour with Sleeping With Sirens, and openers PVRIS and Mallory Knox, that recently passed through […]

I was thoroughly impressed by the show put on by August Burns Red at the House of Blues. Between their stage presence, their incredible lighting setup, and the way they treated their fans, I was blown away. They even stopped in the middle of the show to give away cupcakes to fans in the first […]

The Texas music scene is an interesting market. Over the years, band after band has struggled to attract a hefty local fan base before branching out, and even well established artists struggle to sell concert tickets in the fourth largest city in America. Hailing from Beaumont, Dear You is one of our own and they […]
