Treasure MammaL to play at Mango’s

Written by on July 8, 2012

COME TO THE SPANDEX-INDUCED DANCE PARTY! Is the phrase “dance party” a bit of a platitude? Sure, but it’s not too far off from the truth. Besides their colorful array of synth-punk, Phoenix’s own Treasure MammaL have a reputation for putting on a wild shows reminiscent of say…something out of a Miranda July movie, Tim and Eric’s Awesome Show, Great Job!, Snakeville, or one of Stefon’s Weekend Update ramblings. If my off-pop culture references are offensive, intrigue you or perhaps leave you wanting, find out for yourself. Treasure MammaL are playing tonight (7/8) at Mango’s. Doors open at 9:00PM. The show is free, but a small $5 donation (or whatever you can manage) is very appreciated! There are tons of great openers including Coog Radio Compilation contributors Josiah Gabriel and FLCON FCKER, Alex Nikkhoo, Insert Credits, Third World TV, and Epul Roch. Come out and support!
