On January 29, 2023, BabyTron performed to a sold-out crowd in the Bronze Peacock room at the House of Blues, with supporting acts ShittyBoyz and Da Boii. After his latest project release, Bin Reaper 3: New Testament, BabyTron took this project on the road with the BIN REAPER TOUR. With vibrant and fast-paced energy, the Michigan native had the atmosphere bumping all night.
The crowd went crazy as DJ played hits like “Family Ties,” “Love Sosa,” and the Houston classic “Fetti,” starting the night out strong. Before the main three acts came on stage, there were two more artists – Prince FA and JAY100 had their moment to shine. They warmed up the night by performing a few songs, each with strong energy.
Next up on the stage was the California-raised artist, Da Boii. Da Boii came on stage with an all-black outfit, shades, and a sparkling chain with the letters “YWN.” He had great breath control when it came time to perform, even with the wordy parts of his songs. Songs like “Detroit Flow” and “Head Huncho” had the audience head-bopping the whole time. Da Boii was a good performer with nonchalant and confident energy.
The ShittyBoyz trio from Detroit is composed of StanWill, TrDee, and (headliner) BabyTron. During their set, StanWill and TrDee performed songs as a duo before BabyTron came out. As soon as the duo came out, the energy in the crowd raised to a different level. People started to mosh pit and push up to the front just to have a better view of the duo. The rappers performed fan favorites like “Big 3” and “WWE.” They were engaging with fans by dapping them up and taking their phone to record a video for them from the stage.
Finally, the main man of the night BabyTron came out after the audience kept chanting his name repeatedly. He came out with a full entourage of people; some who performed before him and others taking videos as he performed on stage. The sold-out show was full of loyal fans that had been waiting all night to see BabyTron perform. The crowd had huge smiles while going word for word with the Michigan artist to songs like “Manute Bol” and “Mr. Hanky.” It goes without saying that BabyTron, the ShittyBoyz, and Da Boii put on a hype show for their Houston fans. BabyTron’s tour is continuing all through the U.S. so don’t forget to buy some tickets if you get a chance.
