If you happen to have lived in the middle of the woods or under a rock for the past 4 years then I apologize, for you probably have not heard the name Kendrick Lamar. If you have lived in the mainstream world , then 9 times out of 10 you will definitely know the name.

If you’re first three singles reached the top 5 alternative singles art, you might be Young the Giant. If you perform your songs out in the open for your fans, you might be Young the Giant. If you’re performing both weekends at this year’s ACL Festival, then you’re definitely Young the Giant.  

R&B’s golden boy, Brandon Anderson, or better known by the moniker Anderson .Paak and his band, the Free Nationals are known for their hard to classify sound. The Oxnard, California crooner will definitely be bringing the funk to this year’s Austin City Limits Music festival second weekend.

  Austin, be prepared. Young Indigo child aka young coconut oil papi is coming to Texas again for both weekends of ACL. From crowd surfing to tweeting his fans for casual hang outs, Raury’s pure soul is definitely one you won’t want miss seeing preform. 

James Blake finally made it to Houston while travelling across North America for his Colour In Anything tour, bringing out Los Angeles native Moses Sumney as an opening act whose voice to simply put, was jaw dropping.

While September is usually a lukewarm month for releases, however, this weekend offers a few new major films hitting theaters.

You first officially heard from them with the 2012 hit single, “#Selfie”, but 4 years later they have taken over the charts and are set to be headline performers at this year’s Austin City Limits Festival.
